These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Litulia ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Litulia platform (the "Platform").
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
You may be required to register with the Platform. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

By posting Content to the Platform, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Platform. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Platform and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
Book information, covers, and descriptions are sourced from third-party APIs including Google Books. These materials are the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with applicable fair use guidelines and API terms of service.
Litulia allows users to create and participate in book clubs. When you create or join a book club, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove any club or member that violates these terms or community standards.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use thereof.
In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages — including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the platform.
While we strive to provide accurate book information, we rely on third-party data sources and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of book details, covers, descriptions, or other metadata displayed on the Platform.
You agree to hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — made by any third party due to or arising out of:
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Litulia operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.
